When the order is ready to ship you will automatically be provided with carrier and tracking information send directly to the email you provided in the order. Be mindful that the shipping information we send will sometimes go to spam or junk folders

During peak business seasons orders can be delayed a bit. If we feel that your order will be delayed for any reason we will contact, you immediately.

We do not have guaranteed deliveries at this point so if you have a time concern with your order please provide that information in the instructions box in the billing section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate you but if we cannot you will be contacted immediately.

We currently are NOT offering expedited shipping options. Please contact us if you need something ASAP.

We ship via United Parcel Ground (UPS) service, Fed Ex, Priority Mail (USPS), Parcel Post (USPS) and First Class Mail (USPS)

Orders over $100 ship free every day (To the continental USA only). Orders shipped to PO BOXES, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands addresses may incur additional shipping charges. If so, we will inform you via e-mail of the additional charge. You will have the option to accept the additional charge or cancel your order.

International Orders: We are only shipping to Canada at the moment.

If you are from another country are are interested in our product please put the items you would like in the shopping cart and then send us a screenshot or a copy of the shopping cart and we will quote you shipping prices on a case by case basis because international shipping rates are expensive and vary quite a bit from country to country. Please make sure to contact your local customs department to anticipate if and when they will charge customs fees and taxes. These charges can incur on top of the shipping cost we charged you and will have to be paid by you.

Our carriers can require signatures for packages on a case by case basis based on the discretion of the person who is delivering the package. We are not responsible if they require a signature to release the package. We are not responsible if they miss the delivery date because they required a signature and now have to return to deliver the package a second time.

We do not refund expedited or international shipping charges unless tha carrier refunds us the money for the cost of the shipment due to an error on their part.

Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to 20% restocking fee.

Orders that a returned to us due to a wrong address will be treated as a return which is subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are still interested in the order you will have to place a new order.
