Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return any unopened items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund of the product purchase price. Opened packages are not returnable. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice that came with the order. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Merchandise

For insurance purposes we may request that you send pictures by email of damaged or defective merchandise.

Mistakes

If somehow we made a mistake with your order, return your product with an invoice and receipt of the shipping cost and we will reimburse your card that you paid for the order with.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange for another product, color, or size, etc. we suggest that you place a completely new order and we will refund the old order as soon as it arrives back. This is to make sure you get the right items in your hand ASAP.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to customers who receive special bulk pricing, wholesale customers, or for special orders. In these cases, you will be informed upfront. Personalized printed ribbons orders are also non-returnable.
