How long will it take for me to get my order?
We like to ship orders in 1 to 4 days from the day the order was received. Delivery can take 1 to 5 days. You will automatically be sent tracking and carrier info when available via email. During peak business seasons orders can be delayed a bit. If we feel that your order will be delayed for any reason we will contact, you immediately. We are currently are NOT offering expedited shipping options. Please contact us if you need something ASAP. If we can accommodate you we will.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via United Parcel Ground (UPS) service, Fed Ex, Priority Mail (USPS), Parcel Post (USPS) and First Class Mail (USPS). Your will automatically be send shipping information when available to your email address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $100 ship free every day! (To the continental USA only)
Do you have a retail store open to the Public?
No. We closed our retail store in Ridgewood, NY in 2015 to focus on meeting the needs of our online customers.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Currently, we are only collecting sales tax for New York State Residents where our company in located. If you live outside of NY State you will NOT be charged any sales tax. If you are a tax exempt organization within NY State please email us a copy of your certificate to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will remove or refund the sales tax.
