(1)
On each of 6 safety pins, put on 7 main color 18MM starflake beads and close the pin.
Pin #1
(2)
On each of the remaining 6 safety pins, put on 1 spaghetti bead and 2 coordinating color or 2 main color 18MM starflake beads. Make sure that the spaghetti bead goes on the safety pin first.

Pin #2
(3)
With a pair of small pliers, crimp the heads of the safety pins to prevent them from opening
                                                                          (4)
Cut a 12" strip of the 20 gauge wire. Put the wire through the head of the pins, then the 18MM starflakes  in this order,  making sure that the beads on the safety pins are facing you. (When I refer to pin #1 or #2, refer to the above pictures)
             1 -  Pin #1
3 - 18MM starflakes either the coordinating color or the same color
             1 -  Pin #2
Continue this sequence until you have the 12 safety pins and 36 - 18MM starflakes on the wire, and again making sure that the beads on the safety pins are facing you, as illustrated in the picture to your right.

                                                                                       (5)
Twist  the 2 ends of the wire together, using your pliers, to make a nice tight circle making sure that the beads on the pins are facing outwards. Be aware, that when twisting  the wires together, there is a breaking point. When you are sure that the circle is tight enough, cut off the excess wire with your pliers, making sure that you have a small piece of the twisted wire to tuck inside the circle.

    (6)
Cut a 6"  strip of the 20 gauge wire and put it through the tail ends of the safety pins in the circle you just completed. Take your pliers and twist these wire ends together, again cutting off the excess wire while leaving a small piece of the twisted wire to tuck inside the circle.

(7)
Cut a 7" strip of 20 gauge wire. Put the 12MM faceted bead on the wire and bend the wire in half so that the bead will be resting in the middle of the wire. Turn your above finished circle of pins  upside down and insert the wire end of the wire, with the 12MM faceted bead on it making sure that the faceted bead does not go through.

(8)
On the wire that has the 12MM faceted bead , put on a wavy disc and 4 of the 18MM starflakes.
Wavy Disc (9)
Cut a 6" strip of wire and place it between the 2 wires as shown in the picture at the right.

(10)
On the double wire that is sticking up, put on 2 - 18MM starflakes. On one of the 2 wires that is sticking up, take your pliers and pull the wire up. This will tighten the body. If the wire doesn't move when you pull up, go to the other wire that is sticking up and pull that one up. One or the other will work.
(11)
On one of the wires that is sticking up, put on an 8mm faceted bead. Then take the 2 wires and twist them together. Cut off the excess wire but leave a little of the twisted wire and do not tuck it in, leave it sticking up.

(12)
On each of the arm wires that are sticking out from the body, put on the following beads in the order that is listed.
1 - 12MM starflake
3 - 18MM starflakes
1 - 12MM starflake
5 - tri-beads
1 - 12MM starflake
1 - 6MM faceted bead

(13)
Curl the wire at the end of each arm, with your pliers,
enough to prevent the 6MM faceted bead from falling off,  and then cut off the excess wire.

(14)
Place the doll head over the the 8MM faceted bead that is on top of the body.
(15)
Place a glob of Tacky glue on the other wavy disc and place it on top of the doll head.
Glue an 18MM starflake on top of the wavy disc.
Glue a 12MM starflake on top of the 18MM starflake.
Glue a 3MM pearl in the center of the 18mm starflake.
Glue a 3MM pearl on each ear.

Now, wasn't that easy?
