1 - Cut a piece of the 4" wide lace and glue it on top of the styrofoam disc. Use a liquid glue. For the rest of the gluing we suggest you use a thick glue such as tacky glue.  

2 - Glue the 1" lace around the edge of the disc.

3 - Glue the pearl trim around the disc on the upper edge of the 1" lace

4 - Glue the ceramic bear and baby towards the front of the disc.

5 - Glue the baby block sign in front of the bear.

6 - Glue the milk bottle on the bears body so the nipple is near the babies mouth.

7- Dip the tips of the feathers and the bunch of balloons into glue and insert them into the disc behind the bear and baby.
