Instructions

Step 1 Place tacky glue onto one 3" styrofoam disc. Take the second disc and put it on top. Make sure it is aligned.
Step 2 Place 3 toothpicks into the discs and press it down to the bottom. Cut off excess visible toothpick tops.
Step 3 Glue lace around top and bottom rims of the discs as shown
Step 4 Glue a strip of pearls around the top rim.
Step 5 Take gypso spray and cut off flowers. Glue them onto the perimeter of the top disc.
Step 6 Take a tulle circle and place a champagne glass in the center. Gather tulle around the stem of the glass and tie with wire or thread. Glue the champagne glass onto the disc.
Step 7 Glue pearls to the rim of the champagne glass.
Step 8 Cut more flowers from the gypso spray and glue them around the inner sides of the champagne glass.
Step 9 Glue the baby in the center of the flowers.
Step 10 Glue a printed ribbon or plain bow onto the front of project. Put a large glob of tacky glue then place the baby carriage in the glue. Make sure the carriage is standing firmly vertically.
